Shaker Hts event

Saturday August 21, 2021, The Northeast Ohio Regional Black Summit, Inc. will host its 1st annual free yoga event benefitting the community at large. The on-site event will be held at the Colonnade located adjacent to the Shaker Heights Public Library (16500 Van Aken Blvd.) the event is free and open to the public. Yogis, yogi aspirants, and practitioners, regardless of age, are invited to participate and increase awareness about the health benefits of practicing yoga on a regular basis. Free classes in various types of yoga including Nada Yoga, TRAP Yoga, Acro Yoga, Kinetic Yoga, Broga, Youth Yoga, and chair Yoga classes will be taught by experienced and certified yoga teachers.
